Singing and making music since she can remember. At the tender age of 11, she was taking her first steps on stage and became totally hooked on performing. Since 2006 she’s part of a variety of formations as a professional singer. With her own solo project she even won some amazing prizes such as the “Deutscher Rock & Pop“ prize  or the „Songwriters Live Award“.

Alexandrina Simeon

Grew up in a family full of musicians – surrounded by classical music and jazz since she was a little girl. Her first love was the violin, but at the age of 17 her passion for singing stared to flourish. On stage as a lead singer since 1998 and starting off with her own band project, the “Alexandrina Simeon Quintett”, in 2009, she is regularly participating in various international jazz festivals and is also performing in different clubs in Europe. With the a cappella ensemble “Magpie Alley” she won 2 audience awards and the first prize in the category “augmented” at the international “Vokal.Total” competition in Graz (Austria) in 2023.

Mani Gruber

Bought his first e-guitar at the age of 14 and played to The Beatles on his Dad’s old radio. In 1998 he founded the “ManiAC Studios” in Munich. He celebrated success as a part of the band “BoysVoice” (EMI), which was one of the most successful Hard-Rock acts in Germany in the 90’s. Joining ABBA 99 as “Björn” in 1998 he’s our beloved and always ageless band member.

Being one with his flares on stage he becomes a glittering work of art.

Bastian Walcher

Studied at the university of music and theater in Munich and is out and about in the whole European area as a piano and keyboard player. He’s working with artists such as Rufus Martin (“X-Factor”), Hugo Strasser, Harald Rüschenbaum and Thomas Zoller. Apart from that he’s the piano player and arranger of various productions of the Augsburg City Theatre (“Die schönste Frau der Welt”, “Jesus Christ Superstar”).

When on stage, he puts everyone in a good mood as he’s bursting with energy.

Andi Bauer

Studied e-bass at the Bass-School Munich and the Berklee College of Music in Boston / USA. Since then, he’s touring throughout Europe with his own bands as well as a sideman. He contributed to countless CD productions and was part of the Time Square Production „Jesus Christ Superstar“ European tour. Among others, he already worked with artists such as Al Martino, Howard Carpendale, Jimmy Sommerville and Claudia Korreck.

At ABBA 99 he's responsible for the tour management.

Andy Lind

Started to play the drums at the age of 13 and studied at the Munich Jazz School and the “Drummers Focus”. In 1988, Andy started out with his own studio and is since then seen drumming in a variety of studios (e.g. Uwe Bossert/REAMONN), TV shows (e.g. with Chris de Burgh) and projects (e.g. Jasmin Tabatabai, Funkband „Jacuzzi“, „Tryologue Jazz Trio“). Since 1997, he has his own project called “lind” with which he produced 5 CD’s so far. Furthermore, he is teaching drums at the “Ohrwurm Musikschule” in Munich since 1990.

He loves the spirit of the 70’s and the challenging music of ABBA.
